Gin is my go to.
That's why I drink it, plus the xo is the smoothest out of the 3 because it's aged the longest.
I typically vacillate between E&J XO or New Amsterdam London Dry. I don't like having to mix my shit and both are decent quality for the price point.

That's my other go to. When I am in the mood for gin I get the green lid but will settle for the grey if they don't have it. Green is stronger.
Reason: I know gin isn't mead but the juniper berry reference. Mead is pretty good though.
