Honestly, there shouldn't be many rules on writing the OP aside from that the material should be funny and the post shouldn't be angry. OPs can be expanded upon overtime as a thread grows.

You're forgetting Null had to set up his own hosting service so KF was being continually kicked off everywhere else (hosting services, payment processors such as Paypal, and merchandise supply stores). I haven't even mentioned that he now has to worry about a default judgment against him.

Well, considering you're a lolcow, and this is your forum, and you won't be suing yourself, I don't understand why you are fighting so hard against having a thread made on yourself. Seems like the perfect situation.
In general if they are prominent in internet culture such as referenced in alternate wikis, forums, or major social media I would want to check it first but it would probably be approved.
