There is no prohibition against hate speech. it is direct threats that is not constitutionally protected.
I wasn't talking about America. I was mainly referring to the Commonwealth countries, some of which prohibits certain types of opinions.

And of course, India has a blanket ban on porn/nudes, but I'm not sure how it'll affect hosting companies.

@OnionNull Considering GoDaddy has a tendency to tell controversial sites (Daily Stormer, etc) to find new webhosts, I wouldn't use them, but I'd also stick to an American webhost.

BuyVM hosted Kiwi Farms at one point, and despite being based in Canada (Vancouver, to be precise), the owner takes a "as long as they don't violate US law, they're OK" stance on things. That's one reccomednation I can make, but they're a VPS provider so you'd probably need someone to maintain the Linux side of things.

Okay I am going to allow halal threads on staff including myself but there are some conditions attached.
You don't run over the Kiwifarms and simply plagarize the thread over there.
You don't drag in unrelated people
The content in the thread has to have substantial useful content that would constitute a legitimate interest. In other words don't be a poo flinging goblin just because you can.

Will there be an approval process? I think at least two members of the moderation team should have to sign off on this kind of thread before it goes up.

{o}P seeing this:

I'm not against the idea of users/admins getting threads, but if that's the case then there should be a process in the moderation team.

Also know most of us here don't seem to care if you get a thread. So you don't need to cave in over one person who can't stay on topic.

I PM'd him and told him to reconsider it. He said {o}P's shit flinging is one of the main reasons he was against it.

I want to say this publicly; @OnionNull this is your webspace. You are the end all on what rules are and aren't allowed. If you don't want threads on users/admins/yourself tell them no and keep telling them no. You said it once before that you need to consider what's best for the website and you are the one who knows best what kind of place you want around here. If those users can't respect the rules and regulations you put around here then give them warnings and then ban them if necessary. Just make sure you aren't doing it out of anger, or spite. People will still respect you no matter what, just make sure you interact with everyone around here like they're human and not like they are some sort of property (from what I seen Null treats his users like such).

I'm not trying to make you change your mind, but I want you to know that you can tell us "no I won't change the rules" or "no this isn't allowed" and people won't think less of you.
