I checked several places because I was incredulous. How is this real? Even after looking at their website and skimming an article I still have trouble believing one of these Internet retards has turned their earnings into a tangible business.

This is a billion dollar project. Each location would cost millions to make, think property, property renovation, staff salaries and training, making a corporate structure, etc. It's ridiculous.

Not bad. I prefer getting them LEGO toys if they've never owned any. The households I've done that to have been dealing with the consequences for years.
On topic:
I looked up some of the addresses in my state using this master list on MrBeast's subreddit.
It's all Buca di Beppo restaurants, so I'd say he has some sort of partnership with them.
