Yes.
He's well liked because he would keep poking people into doxxing themselves and kept giving negative stickers to everyone which caused some flipouts users found funny.
He also use to be a mod on KF, until he was found to be using the PM system to harass users for dumb reasons.

Well I thought it meant that as well... ? I may have to find the final conclusion somewhere. Right now there ain't a singular spot to read all the rules and stuff from. I think some are still getting fleshed out, to be honest.
