Or in board terms Wayne may appear to be the human embodiment of /x/ and /pol/
Although once you delve further into the mind of Wayne you'll find he desires to be an inventor and mentor figure, a true radical leftist.
Wayne brings to his candidacy for president of the United States Of America not only a shitposters perspective but as Wayne stated that of an Entrepreneur, programmer, toastmaster DTM, gardening, networks & css. something something jack of all trades master of none.

Wayne walks the line between the paranormal and the political while failing to grasp either, Which would be ok except for the fact Wayne wants to be president of the USA and lead the misguided youth into the land of milk and honey.
You might wonder how this would be done? Wayne would accomplish this with one of his revolutionary inventions, or his for free energy devices.
Now these bold claims might lead one to believe Wayne to be an incompetent madman, yet his Resume would beg to differ as covered in the next paragraph.
Wayne spent the 90s helping to create imagedeposit.com, as listed in his LinkedIn Wayne is listed as one in a handful of developers who make some extraordinary claims a theme in Wayne's life. Another odd claim on Wayne's Github says he has created many sites since 1996.
Wayne's skills as a programmer put to the test with one of the many sites he made to promote his eccentric endeavors. Very few of Wayne's sites can be viewed due to poor or little to no upkeep, this would suggest Wayne often suffers from fits of manic energy wherein he starts projects he does not finish.
Wayne would have remained an unknown figure who ran a small site and made a desperate bid for presidency if it were not for his insistence on getting involved in board culture and labelling himself the face of /pol/.
Wayne first appeared on the radar of the Internet hate machine (capital I) with his e begging on 4chan, a habit he continues to this very day with some suspecting Wayne of doing a Kaffman Esque routine. Or the time he asked the /adv/ board how to get a GF and wondered if these hypothetical women just wanted his vast resources. and managed to spawn a massive copypasta (@SIGSEGV moment).
Wayne later solidified his involvement with the Internet hate machine (capital I) when he visited another hive of deviants in the underbelly of the Internet. Wayne's thread had been lying dormant since the creation of the then CWCKiforums now kiwi farms.
Wayne was verified and proceeded to shitpost with the kiwis, some of them convinced Wayne was a Jace / Deagle Nation type of character or persona.

When probed prodded and asked about jews and glowniggers even answering his top five anime again and again by kiwi farmers Wayne linked a /pol/ thread and said "this is how i found out about Kiwi Farms". Since at the time Wayne sought to court all of the hip and edgy sites known this would ensure if he wasnt already that he would be fucked over every which way by state and international proxies.
After Wayne begged on 4chan and declared himself the face of /pol/ he soon grew uneasy with his perceived alliance with the Mongalian basket weaving forum, As with any relationship between the mentally ill it was quite volatile.
Wayne grew so annoyed at his perceived antagonists to the point where Wayne begged J.K. Rowling and Leslie Jones to sue and even destroy 4chan /pol/ due to his inability and lack of funds to do so, likely spurred on by his failed 2016 political campaign likely cursing the fact he had named 4chan and 8chan as inspirations.
