Seymour started using r9k when he was 41 in 2015. Started joining r9k skype groups at 2016 and accusations of him in 2017 talking to underage girls and sending them money came out

Later allegations of him soliciting images from minors and helping minors to travel to adults surfaced

later when a video was made about one of his associates he seems to be panicking
