This is Peter Miller Jr, or better known as Foca Arpa. This is also what is believed to be his current residence, which is of course his parents house. Foca has been doxxed on his own server countless times over the years because he keeps giving out material, but recently it has been harder to uncover his info. I will post what ever I have, every which way I know of that you can reach him, and what really pushes his buttons. Focas old doxx will be attached to this post.
First of all Peter Miller Jr is the leader of a latino ultranationalist server dedicated to uniting all latinos to conquer the world and exterminate non latinos. He calls the ideology Bolivarianism since the colombian figure Simón Bolivar apperantly supported a united latino nation. Funny enough Mr.Miller can't speak a word of spanish, In fact him and both his parents are born in New York and recently moved back to Puerto Rico, which he claims is where his real origin lies, which is false. In fact Peter Miller Jr took a dna test which I will show and which shows his non latino dna. Peter Miller Jr is also known for talking to children and young teenagers in strange fashions and people trying to step forward and call him out for his strange groom-like behavior, he bans them. Theres also the famous "4siaa situation" where Miller apperantly asked a 9 year old girl to have sex. Peter Miller Jr is such a sexual deviant he had sex with a transexual (male to female) in high school because he was "desperate". Nowadays he preaches death to americans, gays, transexuals, jews etc. His preaching extends to mostly 4chan and what ever discord server that hasnt banned him. Sometimes he also streams himself on omegle and gay masturbatory websites, trying to convince latinos to join his discord. Lastly he spends pretty much all of his woken time moderating his own discord server and raging at his entire discord that pisses him off non-stop and laughs at him. Hes the definition of a fat discord moderator meets latino nationalism (weirdly similair to white nationalism).
Because he is probably the least latino person in the world Peter Miller Jr (a very latino name btw) has made all sorts of excuses to try and make his beliefs work. For an example:
Haitians, west africans and black people in latin america are all latino, including west africans in west africa. He calls this group of people the "granegros" which he beliefs is a greater type of african of which are to be considerd latino. (This is his excuse for why his 13% west african dna is latino).
Simón Bolivar was a freemason but any conspiracy theories he belives the freemasons are involved in, clearly doesnt apply to his idol and hero.
Jews are responsible for keeping latino countries poor and he blames the other european groups like (germans, english, russians etc) for giving power to the jews.
Peter Miller Jr is also planning to change his name to Pedro Martinez because he finds his real name disgusting. In fact he hates his parents for not wanting to call him Pedro.

When joining the server you will have to wait 10 min to access it, once you do or when foca contacts you, just say claim to be latino and say you were invited. Usually he is so desperate for new members he will let you in even though you might not "remember" the name of the person who invited you.
