Who cares though? Muh rules about poo touching are just there as a way for him to indemnify the forum from prosecution, which isn't particularly necessary in the first place.
If he or anyone else cared about preventing harassment they wouldn't host doxes, especially SSNs

The story behind this is interesting. The dev who is making the Yandere Simulator gets hacked by a kiwifarms user Not Based or Redpilled, and the users spend the next ten or so pages fucking with his subreddit and stealing his emails. Null sees this, says they are breaking federal law, and does nothing. Banditotron is the only user punished. Not Based or Redpilled is still around on kiwifarms and still doing shit like stealing Social Security Numbers to this day.

Could be wrong, but I think Section 230 wouldn't protect Null if this stuff was brought up in court.

Aside from that, Null has won his lawsuits only because the people suing him are retarded.
 
In July 2022 lolcow Ethan Ralph announced his move to where we now know is Mexico. Josh held a countdown to the time they discover his location, signaling his users to do their best to dox him. The message was accepted and spear-headed by notorious, disgraced sperg Kengle X/Pit Viper Salesman who has a thread on this forum.

Towards the end of October of 2022 around the time #DropKiwifarms was gaining traction Josh removed the countdown.

In case any low-information voter believes the countdown was removed because lolcow Ethan Ralph's location was discovered, his location wasn't known until late-December 2022 when his ex-wife's father doxed the location himself.

All Epik has to do in court is show every instance of Josh endorsing "cowtipping" and they're getting laughed out of the building. Josh is just an Ethan Ralph that barely learned to code.

That user has been openly posting information gained from hacking accounts belonging to subjects of threads and things like SSNs and drivers licence information for years now. Null simultaneously claims such activities don't take place on KF and that it's "just a gossip site".
