wanna sock evade on the farms? use the TOR version of kiwifarms or use a paid VPN (lmao) to avoid suspicion. this is the most important step: make sure you create a good back story of your sock account (i.e doing anything a newbie kiwis will do). see this thread on how to do it properly.

Some isps have ips that constantly change by themselves even without vpn as well. As a result sites may ban every ip in that ip range. Source, 4chan banned my isp because constant abuse as ip bans don't work on them.

I don't really bother because the site isn't worth using these days anyway. I probably could find a vpn service they haven't blocked yet but they almost always block any ip they think is a vpn. Ironic for a site that supposedly values anonymity, but it's to help block illegal content which fucks over the normal people that just want to use the site normally.
