I don't think I've seen a presentation of such an ME map from Youtuber THETI Mapping before but I think he did a great job with this breakdown, with more attention to detail and relevant history than others going over similar maps:

This one didn't get as many views as his Russo-Ukrainian War breakdowns, but I do hope he does more such presentations of ME maps in the future.
