I will address this in a post.Agreed, like other xenforo forums have this button you can click where it'll collapse certain boards.
Okay if you want to collapse sections of the forum you have to go to a UI.X stylei legitimately can’t find anything i’m looking for the naught thread and there is so many subforums under so many headings that any search is completely futile.
I am doing this to find the best fit for the forum.Every time i log in there’s a notification that one of my threads has been moved to a different forum.
there is no escape:
But the issue must be only visible to you since it isn’t an issue on kiwi and lolcow.orgIf I limit the sub-forums and throw everything into one group, then you will have to use tags (thread prefixes) and that is where the devil is in the details. There are no sub-tags. If I use the tag "Religious Cow" for example, I can't set child tags. So using child tags would simply clutter things up. I will need to use a lot of sub-forums but what I can do is make some of these child forums so it does not appear as cluttered.
Lolcow.org has a much narrower focus than Onionfarms. Lolcow.org only covers lolcows. Onionfarms not only covers lolcows but also celebrities, political people and public figures. This is why it isn't an issue on lolcow.org. We are not strictly a hardline lolcow forum. Onionfarms is more of a moderate gossip forum. This is what I've envisioned for onionfarms from day one.But the issue must be only visible to you since it isn’t an issue on kiwi and lolcow.org
It’s still a mess but a very good start. you should probably merge all the sub headings into one big one to make things easier to find.I finished this. This works
Let's see how this works. It’s still a mess but a very good start. you should probably merge all the sub headings into one big one to make things easier to find.
It helps me to stay focused when I introduce new threads. What’s up with the upcoming threads thing at the top of the page?
It is the user group you are placed in when you first sign up. It means you are a regular user. That is your primary group. But in addition your primary group you can also be in a secondary group. What's the register thing mean?
I miss when Ken posted a new subforum for every thread he made no matter how many times people told him to stop.I miss the Ghana subforum.
Imagine Ken doing things that he didn't feel was right.I miss when Ken posted a new subforum for every thread he made no matter how many times people told him to stop.
