Sharks are delicious
It's a firm delicate meat that taste a lot like swordfish.

Though you're right we shouldn't be eating them
i had swordfish the other day.. :samoy: swordfish reminds me of chicken & it's texture but I just like seafood.. red snapper & salmon or good but i didn't know you could get shark to eat :thinking:

Yeah especially if you're in local seafood or coastal markets though as of lately I rarely ever see a come in on the fresh catch. With the mercury levels in it being kind of high it's usually discouraged for eating.

sword fish is good especially with lemon salt & pepper but i didn't think shark would taste anything like sword fish :thinking:
Cold-water sharks like Threshers, Makos, and Blues have firm, dense, and moist meat. It has a medium to high oil content, which contributes to its tenderness and flakiness when cooked. The texture is often compared to swordfish or tuna.

My favorite
Leopard sharks arrive in San Diego in massive numbers during warm summer months, and have been observed to be mostly pregnant females
