Some of you will have seen seen Janny Josh currently talking about Sonia Poulton, an aging blonde britbong e-celeb, like Caroline Farrow, who Elaine keeps mocking, because she's been in some lawsuit with Vordrak. Joshy of course then naturally backs her without bothering with the details. I'm making this thread because those details are f*cking hilarious, even without Elaine, Vordy and the Broom, and because it will annoy Josh. Sonia has also come to the attention of DoxBin and ED. At the moment, Sonia is losing to Vordrak and former britbong MP John Hemming in court, to the tune of tens of thousands. Josh has been sperging because Sonia got £150 costs from Vordrak at the last hearing in their case, which is irrelevant because she was ordered to pay £4K to Hemming. She's been claiming to have won the whole case, when in fact it is ongoing and part of her defence has been struck out. She has just resigned from her job right after the court hearing. The whole court case is just a side show in the milk-truck of Sonia's life, though. She has history.

Sonia Poulton is a person who claims to be a journalist but is so crazy and obnoxious she actually got fired by Icke and his TV outfit, The People's Voice (aka TPV). So crazy he made a video interview in three parts about how crazy and nasty she is:

Her journalistic career is a traincrash. It's like This is Spinal Tap. She started on TV like This Morning, and in major national newspapers. She fell out with them until she could no longer work in the mainstream. She eventually stumbled into Icke's outfit and got fired by them. She them went to work for somewhere even lower rent, video site Brand New Tube, owned by Muhammad Naeem Butt, and got fired by them. Then, most recently, she plumbed new depths by going to work for TNT Radio Australia, the people who take proven sexual harassers. Within weeks, she had, resigned.

She was sanctioned by OfCom whilst at TPV for being too pro-'erb, which explains her delusions.

Vordrak's fight with Sonia is ongoing and he has, I'll be honest unexpectedly, deployed the Elon Musk strategy for winning and bought her old employer, ONEVSP, or at least, a hefty stake in it. He's also been appointed Speshul Technical Advisor to the CEO and Founder, Sonia's old boss Muhammad Butt. Sonia's legal fees against Vordrak were being picked up by Muhammad but clearly not any more. Muhammad has used his new buddy Vordy's blog to make clear she is gawn for being derogatory towards him.

Not to call Joshy and Sonia unreliable narrators, but I have read the whole judgment and it does not contain any statement that Vordrak is wasting the court's time: https://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/KB/2024/3115.html. That is Sonz making things up, presumably, or pulling them from some other context.

Getting into the deep lore, Vordy's go-to legal strategy seems to be to apply for strike-outs even if they fail, but whittles down the other side's case a bit more each time. When Vordrak was suing Sonia's friend Esther Baker, Baker counter-sued for harassment just like Sonia. Each time, Vordrak tried and failed to strike-out. How Joshy-woshy splooged! This is the final judgment: https://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/QB/2022/2176.html. Vordrak won. Basically he'd whittled it down until it fell apart. "I will enter judgment on the Counterclaim against Ms Baker and in favour of Mr Smith." "Ms Baker must also pay the costs of the rest of the action, on the standard basis."

Vordrak's statement says Sonia has had to clarify she is not relying on a number of her allegations against him: https://matthewhopkinsnews.com/?p=10982. So, he has in fact eliminated some of the evidence against him. The judge says something about that in the judgment.

The same has been happening at previous hearings. This looks more like Sonia's lolcow inability to see the wood for the trees more than a yuge victory.

I have seen a surprisingly upbeat post from Sonia Poulton about Sam Smith’s appeal against her. In fact, like so much of what she says, she is misleading her followers.

To explain briefly, earlier this year Sam and I applied to strike out parts of Sonia’s case in the ongoing lawsuit between Sonia on one side, myself Sam and Darren Laverty on the other. Sam helped with both applications along with two barristers. They were heard on 1 May 2024. The first application won - part of Sonia’s case was struck out as inconsistent with an earlier witness statement. Some would call that, “lies”. Sonia did not appeal. The rest of the strike-outs failed.

After taking advice from counsel, Sam appealed and got permission from Mrs Justice Steyn DBE. The appeal failed, except that the judge ordered Sonia to clarify her case in a formal statement called a Part 18 Response. In effect, she abandoned 11 of the 21 pleadings we were trying to strike out, promising not to rely on them or file evidence on them. That binds her. It also means we do not have to do disclosure on those pleadings, for example our discussions with Mr Laverty.

The costs order was £772 which was trivial and has been paid. Sonia was ordered to pay me £4K at the May hearing, so she is still just over £3K down. Her case is 11 pleadings weaker. Cheap at the price.

At the hand down hearing on 13 May 2024, Sonia finally gave in and allowed us to include 2 documents in the bundle we had been trying to get disclosed for years. We believe this was because she risked a costs order otherwise. Sam referred to them during the public hearing and they passed into the public domain under the collateral use rule. Basically, the documents are emails to police from Sonia in 2017 saying Sonia would not give evidence for Esther Baker because she did not trust her and her colleagues at Exaro News. Much of my entire libel case against Sonia is about whether Sonia reasonably believed repeating Esther Baker’s allegations against me are in the public interest. The emails are strong evidence she never believed it. So overall, even with the failed appeal Sam and my legal team played a blinder - doing serious damage to Sonia’s case. Another disturbing thing is that Poulton seems to be getting help from Joshua Moon, the notorious owner of Kiwi Farms. There was an email in the bundle that came from him.

Who would accept help from a ‘man’ like that? The material from her new friend did not even help Sonia. So, to cut a long story short the three hearings on 1 May, 13 May and 23 October were overall very successful even with the disappointing appeal.
