Ethiopia: Will it scrap the MOU or keep it?

According to Bloomberg, it may scrap it.

But according to Inside Africa the MOU between Somaliland and Ethiopia will evolve into a comprehensive agreement.

Here is my guess on this: Turkiye is probably working out some kind of agreement between Ethiopia, Somalia and Somaliland that will probably grant defacto recognition to Somaliland without actually publicly saying it is a fully independent country. Let Somaliland and Ethiopia do their thing as long as this does not get in the way of Turkiye's defense agreement with Somalia.
